Tammy went absolutely over the top to help us sell our house! There were a lot of unexpected issues that came up with the inspection and we were already out of state and moving, and she handled everything, making sure that all the construction and work was done in a timely way, getting cost to be more reasonable than it could have been, personally inspecting the work (and even shepherding things through when she was supposed to be on vacation). This was a very tough sale for us (just bad luck!) but Tammy did an incredible job of making the best of a bad situation. If she was so great under this kind of stress test I am sure she would be fantastic in more normal cases as well; we strongly recommend working with her!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Seed Property Group on our very first home purchase. Our agent Sabrina was incredibly proactive, quick to respond, and always kept us in the loop, never once making us feel like a question was too small to ask (and as first-time buyers, we asked a lot). With every house we toured, she gave us the full picture - the shortcomings as well as the good - and it was clear she was looking out for us, not just trying to close a deal. During our inspection period, she went above and beyond, helping us schedule and track every follow-up inspection and lining up professionals as issues came up. Kaitlyn was also a huge help behind the scenes, keeping communication with the title company on track and managing scheduling and logistics throughout the purchase. We couldn't recommend Seed Property Group more highly!

We couldn't have asked for a better agent and team than Tammy Young at SEED Property Group. As first-time home buyers, we came in with a million questions, and Tammy was patient, responsive, and always available to walk us through what came next. Her market knowledge is excellent and she negotiated on our behalf better than we ever could have on our own. She consistently went above and beyond what we expected, and what could have been an overwhelming process ended up being smooth and genuinely enjoyable.
